CITEMA : A place of resources for all the interlocutors involved in the economic, touristic and cultural development of artcrafts.
Objectives
- Informing the publics about artcrafts.
- Constitute European and international network of different actors from the artcrafts’s sector.
- Creating an interface from the artcrafts’s sector to the research sector and from the industrial sector to the design sector.
- Organizing and conceive programs and activities concerning teachers and professionals of the artcrafts’s sector, pupils of primary schools and students of secondary schools.
- Supporting contractors searching for financial, technical and logistical aid; support exemplary companies of the artcrafts’s sector; research of training courses and adapted to contractors of the artcrafts’s sector.
- Favouring the mobility of professionals and of young people living in the territory.
CITEMA, through multiple existing networks, is facilitating the consulting of databases including documentation centres and libraries, training places, places of creation and reflection and production. In order to get these databases as exhaustive as possible, those different places are registered on national, European and international levels.
With the ambition to create, exchange and share and in researching permanently relations of proximity, CITEMA is putting to the local and regional actor’s disposal, an operational infrastructure including a specific documentary fund, audiovisual and informational aids and a reading room.
